  • Helping (Service)
  • Acknowledging (Dealing with resentments)
  • Progressing (Setting goals)
  • Processing (Acknowledging your accomplishments)
  • Ideating (Brainstorming new things)
  • Noticing (Faith)
  • Expressing (Recognizing that you’re grateful)
  • Self-supporting (Taking time for yourself)
  • Solving (Dealing with your fears)

You may have noticed something: these nine elements create an acronym for HAPPINESS.

And that’s for a simple reason: following these prompts helps us become who we are without our egos and natural human tendency toward negativity clouding our perception. This, in turn, makes us happier.
